(1) The powers granted to the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act and the rules made under this Act may be delegated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette so that any agency or official can use them.
(2) When the authority is delegated according to sub-section (1), the conditions to be followed while exercising such authority may also be prescribed.
